Oregon Condiment Recipe
Favorite Raspberry Sauce
-
1, 12 oz. Pkg. Whole frozen raspberries
(about 2-1/2 cups)

4 Tbl. Chambord or black raspberry liqueur
-
1/3 cup sugar
Thaw berries, then puree in food processor
or blender. Strain to remove seeds. Stir in liqueur and
sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (Best if made 24
hours ahead).
