Rogue Valley Bird Day celebrates the life cycles and journeys of migrating birds. This year’s theme “Why Birds Matter,” focuses on the many ways in which birds matter to the earth, to ecosystems, and of course, to us. 12th Annual Eugene Scottish Festival; Eugene, OR
