Connect the Dots Theatre Company, Inc. was formed in January 2003 as an Oregon not-for-profit public benefit corporation by James Pate and Shane Skinner. The company is managed by a seven member Executive Committee (Board of Directors) and four sub-groups that deal with Fund Development, Program Development, Artistic matters, and Scholarship programs. The Executive Committee is charged with facilitating these groups using a consensus building process. Over forty people participate in one or more of these CTD groups. CTD produced four shows during 2003, has scheduled six shows in 2004, and plans on producing five shows in 2005 in addition to several special development events.

Rogue Music Theatre also provides opportunities for Southern Oregon youth to work alongside veteran performers and train in musical theatre with their annual Young People's Conservatory program.
