About Us

All Oregon came about for several reasons. First, my family (King) came to Oregon in a covered wagon over the Oregon Trail in 1845.  They were hard working, hard playing individuals who loved this state.  I know they would be proud that I'm helping in a small way to spread the word about Oregon.

The second reason for this web site is to let people know there is more to Oregon than the coast and the cities along the freeway.  Don't get me wrong, they are wonderful places to visit and live in.  But, I have found that most people have not ventured too far from these areas.  I've been to all four corners of the state many times and hope to bring you an idea of what the rest of the state has to offer.

The third reason has to do with the Internet.  I've been using it for the past five years and truly love it!!  It is such a great source of information.  But I got so frustrated trying to find the information I wanted.  Talking to many other people I found I am not alone, so I decided to build the site I wanted.  

I wanted one place to go to find general information, travel information, events, products and services.  I wanted it to be easy to use for those of you who are new to the Internet.  I wanted it to grow and change to meet the needs of the users and the advertisers.
